“Ambassador Sianga Abilio has been instrumental in strengthening the bond between Kenya and Angola. His dedication has laid a strong foundation for continued cooperation,” Ruto stated.
In his farewell speech, Abilio expressed gratitude for Kenya’s hospitality and reaffirmed Angola’s commitment to maintaining a fruitful partnership.

“It has been an honor to serve in Kenya. I leave with great memories and confidence that our nations will continue to collaborate,” he said.
The farewell event marks another milestone in Kenya and Angola’s enduring partnership, with both nations looking forward to expanded diplomatic and economic engagements.
