Clients Demand Answers as Certified Homes CEO Accused of Ksh 650 Million Scam

Real estate firm Certified Homes is on the spot after it emerged that the company has been fleecing clients’ money without delivering the promised projects.

Clients who have spoken to this publication on condition of anonymity reveal that the company has been unable to deliver to them.

“ Mr Peter Nyaga no longer picks our calls at all. We gave him money but he has refused to deliver. We have reached out to Association of Real Estate Stakeholders RESA and they have told us to take nyaga on,” said a customer.

According to our investigations, Nyaga is facing a scam of over sh 650 million.

Most clients who reside in the USA have confided to us that they have tried all they could do with no help.

Earlier the matter was even taken over by popular blogger MC Zaku.

“ We know there is a guy who works with a popular property selling company that is trying to hide the scam committed by certified homes. We are coming for him too,” a client told this publication.
